OPTOEYE - UL325 Photo Eye

Introduction

The standard OSE sensors from VITECTOR can now be used as a UL 325 Compliant Photo Eye using a pair of their OPTOEYE adapters.

Application

Commercial environments involve rough conditions not suitable for standard Photo Eyes. The NEMA 4 OPTOEYE is built specifically for such settings. Made from flexible TPE molding, the OPTOEYE can withstand mechanical influences, such as physical shocks. The NEMA 4 rating means the OPTOEYE can be used outdoors in the harshest settings

Edge / Eye: Smart Logistics

The same OSE sensors used as an OPTOEDGE sensing edge are used as a Photo Eye. Therefore the user can choose whether a particular door application requires an edge or an eye. This reduces lead-time (no custom ordering of edge length), and reduces costs (compilation of components).

Easy Installation

Visible LEDs on the OSE sensors indicate Power and Alignment, to simplify the installation process. The height of the sensors is adjustable with a supplied wingnut.

OPTOEYE (OPE) - Optical Photo Eye
